Most women who walk through my doors are not struggling with lingerie choices. Instead, they are battling the voice in their head that says they are not ready, not toned enough, not confident enough. That voice can be louder than anything else in the room.
However, here is the truth I see over and over again. Self doubt is not part of who you are. It is something you learned to put on. More importantly, it is something you are absolutely allowed to take off.

So many women tell me they want to book a boudoir session once they feel more confident. They promise themselves they will do it after they lose weight, after life slows down, or after they feel better about their body.
Unfortunately, that day rarely comes on its own. Confidence is not a magical personality trait that appears out of nowhere. Instead, it is built through experiences that remind you of your worth.
